Nine teachers from different parts of the world met at a cafe in Belfast( Northern Ireland ‘s capital) in the month of October 1996 with the thought that they were prisoners of language and only through language could they save themselves.
One question that pondered them was the way to have a dignified skill of language and then they came to a conclusion that writing is neglected and the need of the hour was to bring awareness about the art of writing and encourage the people to develop this skill. Then they returned to their countries with the fire to do something and contribute to the field of education.
They met again with lot of research and the exploration about the different techniques of improving handwriting and this led to the inception of CEIR (Centre for Educational Initiatives and Research) which is known for its uniqueness and vital contribution in developing the art of writing.Now we are celebrating the 11th anniversary of veda handwriting lab
